About Cindy Martin
Cindy moved to Idaho at just eight years old and grew up in Southeast Boise. She graduated from Boise High School and soon after, married her childhood sweetheart. At 19, they purchased their first home in Emmett, Idaho. In 1988, they relocated to Middleton, where they bought their fourth home and established a pavement maintenance business. Cindy co-owned and managed this business with her husband for 34 years before retiring.
Now, Cindy is fully immersed in her career in real estate. Over the years, she and her husband have built four custom homes and have successfully managed rental properties for the past decade. Together, they have two sons, two grandchildren, and a beloved Labradoodle. This August, they will celebrate 48 wonderful years of marriage.
Beyond real estate, Cindy has a passion for quilting. She owned a quilt shop for 16 years and continues to enjoy her favorite hobby. Be sure to ask her about her latest project the next time you see her!
